Refund Policy

We want you to love your Green & Golds products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and we’ll guide you through the process.
Please note: for hygiene reasons, opened skincare or lip products cannot be returned unless faulty.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it or issue a refund immediately.
